A view of an abstract design of sustainable cities and communities.

At the core of our philosophy of collaborative urbanism lies the idea that cities are vibrant, equitable, and liveable when they are democratized—shaped for the people, by the people. We believe that a shared dialogue is a foremost step towards addressing common challenges faced by people across societies and cultures. Hence, people from all walks of life must partake a significant stake in the said dialogue and eventually arrive at sustainable solutions to the current urban challenges, through a collective spirit.

OUR MISSION

In our pursuit of equitable, liveable, and vibrant urban growth, our mission is to empower the people to know and change the policies, practices, and institutions that impact their lives.

We envision a bottom-up approach to building our cities where people are capacitated to influence and inform the decision-making process by finding voices around issues that impact their lives.

Supported by area MLA, Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj, the competition aims to encourage young minds to reimagine Public Space around Market Nos 1 and 2 of Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi. Best ideas would be published and felicitated by our elected representatives in a public function. Winning individuals or teams would get the opportunity to get involved during implementation.
